For added confidence, we are fully insured with professional indemnity cover to £1,000,000 and though we work hard to ensure you won’t need to use it, we have established a complaints procedure so you can be confident that if you have any issue with us and are not satisfied with the proposed resolution to our mutual satisfaction, you can refer it to The Ombudsman Service for an independent judgement.
